At NEON American Clothing, every item is made individually for you after purchase, which helps reduce waste and environmental impact.

Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right. Please email us at hello@neon-clothing within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue (photos are helpful!)

Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.

Condition for returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

Refunds & Replacements

  • We will replace or refund defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
