At NEON American Clothing, every item is made-to-order. We only create pieces once they’ve been purchased, which helps us cut down on overproduction and reduce environmental impact.

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If something’s not right

If your order arrives faulty or not as described, don’t worry — we’ll put it right. Just email us at hello@neon-clothing within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description (and photos if possible) of the issue.

Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.

What we ask

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
